  • Fill with a brown color. I used #7f5024

  • Add noise. Filter > Stylize > Noise…
    • Amount: 25
    • Monochrome checked

  • Pixelate. Filter > Stylize > Pixellate…
    • Scale: 1

  • Reduce noise. Filter > Blur > Noise Reduction…
    • Noise level: 60
    • Sharpness: 0

  • Blur. Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur…
    • Radius: 4

  • Duplicate layer.

  • Rotate top layer and change Opacity to 70%

    Hi,

I did make a new version of the Goo.gl extension to utilize the new API. Here is a direct link http://cl.ly/FvLd. I also tweet when I update these extensions from my @dirtdon (http://twitter.com/#!/dirtdon) twitter account so if you want to stay up on all of the latest changes feel free to follow that account. I also try and keep the original post updated with the most current download links. Anyway, I’m glad you enjoy the extensions. Take care!
    Don.
